Please read the following: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment & will go towards service (ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE) USING A CELL PHONE DURING THE SERVICE IS NOT ALLOWED. Please keep your eyes closed at all times until I am done. POLICIES: *Rescheduling policy: rescheduling within 24hrs will result in a $25 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling without confirming a new date is a cancellation. *Cancellation policy: canceling within 24hrs will result in 50% charge of each service being cancelled. *Late/No Show Policy: arriving up to 10 minutes late will result in a minute/dollar late fee added to your service total (maximum $15.00). At the 15 minute mark your appointment will be canceled & your deposit will be forfeited. No shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Anyone under the age of 18 interested in lash extensions must have parent or guardian sign a consent form. If you have been feeling Ill prior to your appointment please reschedule or cancel. If you notice fall out or gaps 48hrs after your appointment please message me so we can set up a fix-it appointment free of charge. Anything after 48hrs is considered a fill. If you experience an allergic reaction please message me & I can offer a removal. For ALL FILLS you are REQUIRED to send a picture of the current condition of your lashes prior to booking. Anything less than the amount required to have left for a fill will result in a full set. NO EXTRA GUESTS: I’d kindly like to inform you that there is a strict policy of NO EXTRA GUESTS or children allowed to your appointment. Please be respectful of this as they will not be able to come inside. Last Minute/Same Day Appointments can be booked via direct message. This is subject to availability as well as a an extra fee. After hour appointments are available upon request for a $35 fee. NOTE: Days that I do not work can be requested for a $50 fee. Deposits that have been approved to be refunded, will be refunded via cashapp $itszayahh PLEASE HAVE YOUR LASHES CLEAN UPON ARRIVAL.
